# The app won't load or I see a blank screen

Blank screen, black screen, or stuck loading? Annoying, we know. It is usually a quick fix.

## Try this, in order

* Refresh the page.
* Clear your browser cache, then open Studs again.
* Try a different browser, or a private window.
* Log out and back in.

Still stuck? It might be a short outage on our end. Check our Discord, then try again in a bit. Or message us with your Run ID (under your avatar, Help and Support) and we will take a look.
